With more than 3,800 employees, Sonadezi Corporation operates across four main business sectors: industrial and residential real estate; construction and construction materials; supporting services; and water supply.<\/span><\/p>\n

CHALLENGE<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

In the middle of the strong wave of digital transformation, Sonadezi\u2019s leadership identified the need to digitalize data in order to build a centralized database integrated with intelligent data analytics tools. The objective was to effectively manage and maximize the value of data across the entire corporation.<\/span><\/p>\n

To achieve this goal, implementing an intelligent management reporting system was considered a critical factor and a foundational step toward building a smart management platform for the company\u2019s digital transformation journey.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

SOLUTION<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

The FPT IS project team collaborated with Sonadezi to develop:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • A portal for data entry and report exploitation.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • A direct data input system for HR operations and business project management tailored to Sonadezi\u2019s management requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • A centralized data warehouse.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • An intelligent reporting system with 47 dashboards and 64 output report templates.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    After six months of assessment and analysis, the project officially entered the design and development phase in November 2021. The system has now been completed and officially moved into operational and reporting exploitation stages.<\/span><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    RESULT<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

    Through the joint efforts of Sonadezi and FPT IS, more than 100 intelligent management reports and a cloud infrastructure system were successfully deployed and put into operation starting in June for the Corporation and its 16 subsidiary companies.<\/span><\/p>\n

    As a result, Sonadezi now possesses an advanced, accurate, and standardized \u201cmanagement brain\u201d supporting operations across industrial and residential real estate, construction, building materials, supporting services, and clean water supply sectors, creating a sustainable long-term development foundation.<\/span><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Mr. Tran Thanh Hai – General Director of Sonadezi – expressed his appreciation for the professionalism and dedication demonstrated by the FPT IS project team:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u201cOnce operational, the Business Intelligence (BI) management reporting software will become an effective tool for collecting, consolidating, analyzing data, and standardizing reporting systems throughout Sonadezi. It will help leverage and optimize existing data, transforming them into vivid and intuitive visual insights.
