  • As part of the implementation of Model 21 under Project 06 at local levels, on November 3, 2023, all public high schools and one inter-level school in Hung Yen simultaneously conducted the 21st-grade periodic assessment examination for high school students on FPT-developed Khaothi.Online platform. This pilot program for Model 21 – Project 06 and its implementation demonstrated the clear advantages of applying Khaothi.Online technology compared to traditional methods in assessment and evaluation activities within general education. The entire examination process was conducted online on a unified technology platform – Khaothi.Online – integrated with citizen identification authentication using chip-based ID cards connected to the National Population Database managed by the Ministry of Public Security, delivering many significant benefits.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    RESULTS<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

    • 2,700 students:<\/b> participated in the simultaneous competency assessment test with identity authentication<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • 26 high schools<\/b> across Hung Yen province participated simultaneously<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • 12-minute identity verification process<\/b> with <\/span>100% accuracy<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n
    • 500 exam questions<\/b> collaboratively developed online by more than <\/span>30 teachers<\/b> within just a few days<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • VND 500 million<\/b> saved in printing, transportation, accommodation, and travel expenses for examination staff<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Assessment data from regular and periodic tests became a foundation for adjusting teaching and learning methods<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \u201cThe successful pilot implementation of Model 21 by the Hung Yen Department of Education and Training demonstrates the pioneering and highly determined spirit of Project 06. The system helps local authorities leverage data for more effective governance, reduce operational costs and effort, and optimize resource utilization, contributing to solving major societal challenges. From there, Hung Yen will have the foundation to organize large-scale examinations under a unified and scientific process.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n
