On the morning of April 12, FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS) and CNV Holdings Joint Stock Company (CNV) held a signing ceremony for the launch of FPT.eSign, a remote signature application designed for product identification. This pioneering project of product identification by remote signature aims to instill prestige and trust in CNV’s partners. FPT.eSign enables manufacturers, distributors and buyers to verify the authenticity of products both prior to and post-purchase. It is planned that the project will be\u00a0 piloted with select customers in the third quarter of 2024.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Representing CNV Holdings at the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Tuan Phu – Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Do Dang Khoa – Marketing Director. On the side of FPT IS, Mr. Do Son Giang – Executive Vice President, Mr. Tran Trung Thanh – Branch Director in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Le Viet Cuong – Director of Digital Signature Certification Authority Center, Mr. Nguyen Tien Long – Deputy Director of Digital Signature Certification Authority Center, and Mr. Nguyen Chanh Tin \u2013 Account Manager were present.<\/p>\n

The partnership between FPT IS and CNV Holdings marks a significant response to the pervasive issue of counterfeit and substandard goods in the market, posing challenges to businesses and consumers alike.\u00a0 Through extensive discussions seeking an optimal solution, CNV and FPT IS have jointly implemented a pioneering project to utilize FPT.eSign for product identification, aimed at distinguishing genuine products from counterfeit ones.\u00a0 This solution promises to enable CNV Holdings to accurately and efficiently verify its partners’ products, while empowering consumers to confirm product information, origin, and authenticity with ease. The collaboration holds profound significance for the community and society, addressing growing concerns surrounding trust in online products amidst the prevailing online market.<\/p>\n

During the event, Mr. Do Dang Khoa, CNV’s Marketing Director, provided insights into the operational model and challenges that the company is currently confronting.\u00a0\u201cIn today’s market, counterfeit goods are prevalent, manufactured and distributed with sophistication, making them difficult to identify. This not only adversely affects genuine manufacturers but also poses safety hazards for consumers.\u00a0 This presents a significant challenge for a company like CNV Holdings, which provides business solutions for enterprises and is also a problem that CNV’s BOD urgently needs to address” \u2013 Mr. Khoa emphasized CNV’s desire to partner with FPT IS.<\/p>\n

He remarked that FPT IS is a premier partner in delivering remote signature solutions, boasting extensive experience garnered from numerous digital transformation collaboration projects. CNV Holdings also anticipates that the FPT.eSign project will be swiftly implemented and warmly embraced by the market.<\/p>\n
