With its goal of becoming a sustainable digital transformation service provider, FPT Smart Cloud has recently cooperated with FPT IS to deploy carbon accounting software – VertZ\u00e9ro for its entire ecosystem of more than 80 products and services.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cThe implementation of a system to monitor and inventory carbon footprint, and formulate a carbon emission reduction roadmap is an important step towards our aim to pioneer the realization of Green Cloud, ensuring that emission levels of FPT Cloud products will be reported according to international standards such as ISO 14064-1, IPCC 2019, and GHG Protocol. FPT Smart Cloud commits to working side-by-side with our partners and customers, leveraging the power of technology for sustainable development, and replicating green transformation projects in Vietnam” – Mr. Le Hong Viet – General Director of FPT Smart Cloud shared his thoughts at the cooperation signing ceremony with FPT IS.<\/p>\n

FPT IS\u2019s representative, Mr. Tran Duc Tri Quang – Chief Data Officer expressed: “FPT IS is honored to join forces with FPT Smart Cloud to co-create green transformation. Armed with enormous technological resources including a team of ESG-savvy experts from Germany, Japan, Australia, etc. and carbon accounting software – VertZ\u00e9ro, developed based on international standards, we commit to providing full consulting services and drawing up an effective implementation roadmap for FPT Smart Cloud. This will add to FPT Cloud\u2019s effort of becoming a pioneering platform in Vietnam to adopt carbon accounting tools and neutral roadmap, geared towards the Net Zero goal by 2050.”<\/p>\n

According to the plan, carbon accounting software – VertZ\u00e9ro will be applied to all operating processes by FPT Smart Cloud for proactive inventory and employment of strategies on greenhouse gas mitigation.
