At the event, Mr. Luu Hoang Phu \u2013 Expert of Data Scientist, FPT IS \u2013 delivers a presentation on “Data governance for Tax sector in the digital era”. Mr. Phu analyzes the recent situation of data governance, and says the situation of buying and selling personal data is happening widely and publicly. From 2019 to 2020, the Ministry of Public Security has discovered hundreds of individuals and organizations buying and selling personal data.
