Recently, representatives from Goertek Technology Vina Company Limited visited and joined a working session with FPT IS to discuss corporate culture as well as cooperation and business opportunities between the two companies.<\/b><\/p>\n

At the meeting, Mr. William Liu, Director of the Human Resources Center, and representatives of Goertek Vietnam expressed their impression with the scale and entrepreneurial spirit that FPT, a global technology corporation, has built over 35 years, especially FPT’s corporate culture.<\/span><\/p>\n

Talking about FPT\u2019s culture, Mr. Do Son Giang, FPT IS\u2019s Senior Executive Vice President, emphasized: \u201cRespect, Innovation, Teammate \u2013 Impartiality, Role Model, Wisdom\u201d represent FPT’s core values that have helped us achieve success for nearly 4 decades and are the guidelines for FPT employees’ actions to maintain the long-lasting growth.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Do Son Giang, FPT IS\u2019s Senior Executive Vice President, shared about FPT’s corporate culture.<\/em><\/p>\n

Answering questions from Ms. Balle Wang, Goertek’s Director of the Corporate Culture Department, about human resource training and development policies at FPT, Mr. Giang stressed that FPT has never cut its budget for employee training, even in its most difficult times. Annually, the company\u2019s employees can proactively search and propose to join courses for qualification improvement and skill enhancement, or can be sent to study courses suitable to their expertise, with training costs covered by FPT. The Corporation also establishes various annual awards such as FPT Under 35, FPT Trang Award, TOP 100 FPT, etc., to seek and honor young talents, motivate employees to devote themselves to the company, and nurture the next generation of the company\u2019s leaders.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Giang added, during the COVID-19 outbreak, FPT immediately applied 10 transitions “from peacetime to wartime” with the ultimate goal:\u00a0 Make FPT stronger and ensure no one loses their job; everyone for FPT, FPT for everyone.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to corporate culture, technological capacity, field of operation and the “Made by FPT” product ecosystem, especially the FPT.eContract solution, also receive Goertek’s attention. As a Chinese technology enterprise that wishes to boost its business in the Vietnamese market, electronic contract signing and legality are one of Goertek’s concerns.<\/span><\/p>\n

Responding to Goertek representatives, Mr. Le Trung Hieu, Product Owner of FPT.eContract, said: “FPT.eContract completely meets the legality requirements that concern international companies like Goertek. Apart from fully satisfying legality and information security regulations, FPT.eContract is also integrated with the FPT.IDCheck solution, capable of extracting contract signer information from chip-embedded ID cards with accuracy of up to 100%, and the Electronic Know Your Customer solution FPT.eKYC. This integration will facilitate customers\u2019 contract signing, ease their contract management, storage, and look-up, thus saving time and costs of storage, preservation, delivery, etc.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Within the framework of the visit to FPT, the Goertek delegation visited the FPT Tower campus and working areas, and was introduced FPT\u2019s current advanced technology products such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution, akaBot, and Enterprise Metaverse Platform, akaVerse.<\/span><\/p>\n

Through the meeting, FPT IS and Goertek agreed to have more detailed working sessions on Goertek\u2019s activities for business growth in the Vietnamese market.<\/span><\/p>\n
