FPT IS and Shinhan Life kick off the project to implement a comprehensive digital ecosystem for business activities.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n Gartner’s CIO report 2023 shows that more than half of the CIOs in the insurance sector tend to continue to increase investment into technologies in 2023. In addition to the goal of revenue growth, enhancing customer experience and operational processes is the top priority of the CIOs.<\/span><\/p>\n In the second year operating in Vietnam, Shinhan Life will continue and strive to develop the human resources towards professionalism, and enhance consulting capacity to provide customers with better life insurance solutions.
