Recently, three employees of FPT IS obtained the first insurance ancillary certificates for the company in insurance claim handling and settlement, improving the reputation and quality of AZINSU TPA \u2013 a platform researched and developed by FPT IS to connect, support, and resolve health insurance claims.<\/b><\/p>\n

According to the Insurance Business Law 2022, individuals directly performing insurance ancillary activities in entities providing insurance ancillary services must have full civil act capacity, possess insurance ancillary diplomas and certificates appropriate to the type of insurance ancillary services issued by training <\/span>institutions<\/span> legally established and operated domestically or globally. The recently awarded insurance ancillary certificates enable FPT IS to fully meet the conditions for the deployment of the AZINSU TPA platform, delivering the best quality services to customers.<\/span><\/p>\n

To achieve these certificates on the first attempt, FPT IS employees participated in in-depth training courses on insurance law, insurance principles, health insurance operations, and insurance ancillary service processes. After that, the team excellently completed the 80-question exam within 120 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n

In particular, the insurance ancillary exam consists of various medical questions related to human body structure, paraclinical tests, medications according to disease conditions, calculation of compensation payments, and so on, requiring candidates to not only have an understanding of the legal background and insurance operations, but also equip with extensive knowledge in the medical field. According to statistics, the passing rate of the insurance ancillary certificate exam usually ranges from 50 – 60%. Even veteran professionals in the Insurance\/TPA field also need multiple attempts to pass the exam.<\/span><\/p>\n
