On the afternoon of April 7, 2023, in Ho Chi Minh city, FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS) has officially awarded the PCI DSS certificate, an international certificate of security of payment card data, to VP Bank Finance Company Limited (FE Credit). The certificate has affirmed FE Credit’s ceaseless efforts in building security system in order to deliver the most secure experience when using services to the customers.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThe PCI DSS certificate is important for FE Credit’s business. Meeting and complying with the world’s security standards, especially in electronic payment, is what FE Credit is always aiming for with the ultimate goal of the highest level of information security for the customers using FE Credit’s services\u201d, said Mr. Tiet Kim Hai, Deputy Director of Information Technology, FE Credit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Besides, Mr. Hai also highly appreciates the capabilities, spirit, and responsibilities of FPT IS during the implementation of the project, and expects there will be more opportunities for the two sides to cooperate in the coming time.<\/span><\/p>\n

PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) is a standard developed by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC). Currently, FPT IS is one of the very few companies in Vietnam recognized as a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA), thereby eligible to provide PCI DSS consulting, evaluation, and certification services.
