On July 29, FPT IS and Dell Technologies jointly organized a workshop titled “Delight the end user with Dell Client solution”. The event introduced advanced computers from Dell Technologies that have been integrated with AI technology to create a smart workplace as well as improve productivity and automation capabilities.<\/b><\/p>\n

At the workshop, experts emphasized that IT infrastructure not only supports internal operations but also plays an important role in creating competitive edge for businesses. Streamlining and personalizing the experience for users and IT departments while ensuring the security and flexibility of devices is a key factor for businesses to grow and compete more effectively.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dell Technologies has established specific goals in the area of personal devices with the aim of building an ecosystem for digital workspaces and enhancing user experiences. Although AI technology plays an important role, there are still many challenges to be resolved. Mr. Nguyen Tuan Hung, Channel Development Director at Dell Technologies, introduced the Dell AI Factory solution \u2013 a comprehensive platform that makes it simple and efficient for companies to implement and use AI.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dell Optimizer software solution suite uses advanced technologies including artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL). Mr. Luong Minh Duc, Customer Product Specialist at Dell Technologies, said:\u00a0<\/span>\u201cDell Optimizer is a breakthrough in optimizing the user experience. Thanks to AI, ML and DL, Dell Optimizer automatically adjusts and learns based on the user’s working habits, thereby improving work productivity.”<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Mr. Nguyen Duc Minh Quan, Director of Smart Solution Development at FPT IS, discussed the outstanding benefits of LLMs in transforming how people interact with machines, how they create content as well as how they work and study. FPT IS is also continuously researching and creating solutions to address these challenges to stay up to date with market trends and assist Vietnamese businesses in maximizing the potential of LLMs.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to Mr. Quan, the PeopleX Hiring suite and the online training platform FPT.eHiring both use LLMs technology to enable users in performing content creation tasks in a natural and accurate manner.<\/span><\/p>\n

FPT IS has built a chatbot employing LLMs called FPT AI Chat, said Mr. Nguyen Duc Minh Quan, Director of Smart Solution Development,<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

In the field of information security, Mr. Ngo Chi Cuong, Director of Nextgen Technology Services Sector at FPT IS, gave a presentation on the topic “Protecting sensitive business information when using Copilot for Microsoft 365: Recognize the risks and take proactive measures to prevent them.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Cuong emphasized:\u00a0<\/span>\u201cMicrosoft 365 Copilot is a powerful AI tool that helps businesses optimize and improve work productivity. However, integrating AI into the workplace also poses new challenges in information security. Important corporate information could be leaked at great risk due to the possibility of AI mistakenly exposing critical files with overly permissive access rights or even directly attacking large language models (LLM) through techniques like Prompt Injection, Jailbreak, Data Poisoning\u201d.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

He also made a point that businesses need to clearly understand possible risks and apply appropriate preventive measures to maximize AI’s benefits without jeopardizing information security.\u00a0<\/span>\u201cBusinesses must incorporate a wide range of solutions in order to be effective, from establishing guidelines for using AI at work, regularly training and raising user awareness of information security, and deploying information security solutions such as data access governance (DAG), internal risk management (IRM), data classification and digital rights management (DRM)”<\/span><\/i>, Mr. Cuong shared about comprehensive solutions to protect sensitive information when using Microsoft 365 Copilot.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
