FPT IS Company Limited recently hosted an online meeting with the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in India. During the meeting, both parties exchanged insights on their capabilities and explored attractive digital transformation opportunities in the Uzbekistan market.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

These opportunities are expected to contribute positively to Uzbekistan\u2019s digital transformation and economic modernization.<\/span><\/p>\n

Uzbekistan in particular and the Central Asian region as a whole are experiencing rapid growth in information technology and digital transformation, driven by favorable policies of governments in the region.\u00a0 According to a World Bank report, investments in information and communications technology (ICT) have surged, helping modernize infrastructure and enhance competitiveness of regional countries.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cUzbekistan is committed to advancing digital transformation through national strategies, notably the \u2018Uzbekistan Digital Transformation Program to 2030\u2019, aiming to foster a supportive environment for both domestic and international technology enterprises. One of the key actions reflecting the Uzbekistan government’s effort in driving the country\u2019s digital transformation is its call for international cooperation. We hope that in the near future we will have the opportunity to collaborate with FPT IS, a leading technology company from Vietnam, to jointly realize Uzbekistan’s digital transformation vision,\u201d stated Mr. Oybek Eshonov, Ambassador of Uzbekistan to India.<\/span><\/p>\n
