In his opening speech, Mr. Quan Bao Thang, Senior Vice President & Deputy Director of Finance & Banking Sector at FPT IS, FPT Corporation, affirmed that the explosion of technologies such as AI and big data is driving a revolution in the financial industry. Mr. Pham Thanh Tung, Data & AI Solutions Consulting Specialist at IBM Vietnam, shared insights about IBM\u2019s data and AI platform: \u201cWhile traditional methods of developing AI models face many limitations, the Foundation Model has introduced a new approach. Trained on massive and diverse datasets, the Foundation Model is capable of performing a wide range of tasks with flexibility. IBM\u2019s Data & AI solution, leveraging the power of the Foundation Model, provides a comprehensive platform for businesses to build and deploy AI applications. With core components such as watsonx.ai, watsonx.data, and watsonx.governance, this solution simplifies processes, ensures transparency, and effectively manages AI projects.\u201d<\/p>\n

To meet the demands of modern applications, many organizations are transitioning to the \u201cAI Center of Excellence\u201d model. In his presentation on IBM\u2019s unified data platform, Mr. Nguyen Viet Dong, Storage Solutions Consultant at IBM Vietnam, shared:\u00a0 \u201cOver 80% of the data organizations collect daily is unstructured, making data management a significant challenge for 95% of businesses. In his presentation on Optimizing Processing Performance and Enhancing Data Quality, Mr. Le Viet Thanh, Deputy Director of Data Platform & Analytics Center at FPT Corporation, claimed that a flexible, scalable data management platform, aligned with business strategies and controlled through robust governance mechanisms, is essential to meet the growing information needs of organizations. Mr. Thanh shared: \u201cMaster Data Management (MDM) is the optimal solution to address fragmented data and ensure data quality, especially for core banking data.
