Recently, the project to integrate SAP B1 with FPT.eInvoice for Blue Ocean Import-Export Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Lotus Group JSC, has officially been put into operation. This initiative is part of a series of activities aimed at expanding and promoting FPT’s “Made by FPT” solutions to Lotus Group, a valued customer of FPT since 2020.<\/b><\/p>\n

Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc, Director of IT at Lotus Group, emphasized: \u201cThe value of this project lies in its ability to bring convenience, optimize processes through high levels of automation, and minimize errors for the accounting department. By digitizing routine tasks, the project aims to help the team ensure greater accuracy and reliability in their operations.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For Lotus Group, the unique nature of its collection and payment operations posed one of the key challenges that FPT had to address during the implementation process.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ngoc, Director of Implementation for Enterprise Solutions No.12 at FPT IS, FPT Corporation, shared: \u201cTo meet Lotus\u2019s unique operational needs, it requires not just fulfilling user requirements but also leveraging implementation experience and providing consultation on the strengths and weaknesses of each solution, aligned with the company\u2019s future strategic direction.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The project was initiated on October 7 and underwent testing on November 15. The integration of SAP B1 and FPT.eInvoice not only automated processes and minimized errors but also enabled the accounting department to tightly control the issuance of electronic invoices. This ensured legal compliance while enhancing operational efficiency, reducing risks, and saving costs.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The successful deployment and operation of the SAP B1\u2013FPT.eInvoice integration project have opened up numerous opportunities for collaboration between FPT and Lotus Group.
