<\/p>\nRecently, the project kick-off ceremony for the SAP Business One (SAP B1) implementation to transition the COA system between Cenviro and FPT was held online. This project marks the second collaboration between FPT and one of Malaysia’s leading companies in environmental management and waste treatment.<\/b><\/p>\n

The kick-off ceremony took place online with representatives from both sides.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n In this project, FPT will implement the solution for Shan Poornam \u2013 a subsidiary of Cenviro in Malaysia. Currently, Shan Poornam Metal Sdn Bhd & Shan Poornam Green Technologies Sdn Bhd are two companies using the SAP Business One system. The two subsidiaries of Cenviro aim to transition from the old Chart of Accounts (COA) system to a new COA system, which will be mapped according to Cenviro’s Chart of Accounts. The list of the new Chart of Accounts and the mapping table have already been prepared by Cenviro.<\/span><\/p>\n On Cenviro’s side, Mr. Charles Gerald Nathan \u2013 Project Director, raised key issues that needed clarification, such as the integration of the electronic invoicing system with SAP B1, the management of the Chart of Accounts, and ensuring the project timeline. These issues were addressed by FPT representatives: Mr. Lim Chin Ee \u2013 Digital Transformation Solution Architect of FPT IS, FPT Corporation, and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ngoc \u2013 Director of Digital Enterprise Solutions 12, FPT IS, FPT Corporation. Mr. Ngoc also outlined plans for a more detailed discussion about the system to ensure the project can be executed according to FPT’s committed timeline.<\/span><\/p>\n The SAP Business One (SAP B1) implementation project to transition the COA system is expected to bring optimization to the customer’s operations through synchronized digitalization on the SAP B1 platform, while also affirming FPT’s “Be Global” capability.<\/span><\/p>\n The factory of Shan Poornam Metals.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n SPM serves as a bridge between industries, consumers, and the environment, committed to protecting intellectual property. The company was the first to be licensed by the Malaysian Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability to manage scrap metal and used coolant-contaminated items. SPM’s business objectives align with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, and the company plays a significant role in environmental protection.
