Ms. Phuong emphasizes the trend of using AI in the recruitment process with the PeopleX Hiring by FPT IS as a typical solution, a solution that helps enterprises enhance recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, as well as reputation of the recruiter. Besides, FPT’s HR management solutions also offer “self-service” features such as allowing users to look up information themselves and evaluate employees\u2019 performance, or providing chatbots to automatically address inquiries, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n
