On June 5, Vietnam Vinatech Group Joint Stock Company (Vinatech Group) has officially launched the SAP S\/4HANA Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This is a project implemented by FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS) and marks a major milestone on the journey to realize the digital transformation goals in particular and business strategies in general of Vinatech Group.<\/b><\/p>\n

Specifically, FPT IS has deployed SAP S\/4HANA system for Vinatech Group with the following core modules: Financial Accounting (SAP FI), Controlling (SAP CO), Materials Management (SAP MM), Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) and Production Planning (SAP PP), Barcode Management, and E-Invoice Integration. The FPT IS and Vinatech Group project teams worked closely to analyze business problems before coming up with the most appropriate and optimal plan of implementation. This helps Vinatech build an optimal management platform that adopts the best practices from businesses around the world.<\/span><\/p>\n

As one of the leading shelf manufacturers in Vietnam, Vinatech Group always focuses on enhancing business operations. Therefore, Vinatech Group has soon established a proper governance system inside the company.<\/span><\/p>\n

The leadership of the company has determined that it is necessary to upgrade the enterprise resource management system by deploying SAP\u2019s ERP solution. To implement the solution, the company has trusted and joined hands with FPT IS, the leading SAP ERP consulting and implementation vendor in Vietnam.
