Recently, at Vietnam Labour Law Conference 2023, FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS) has presented multiple proposals on adopting technologies to create digital experiences for HR management, thereby building a happy workplace.<\/b><\/p>\n

Vietnam Labor Law Conference 2023, a hybrid event, is organized by the Vietnam Human Resources Association<\/span> (VNHR) in Ho Chi Minh city, themed \u201cAct carefully, develop sustainably\u201d. Accordingly, Mr. Quan has suggested that businesses employ ChatGPT for HR management\/recruitment. Also in his presentation, Mr. Quan has conducted a virtual job interview using ChatGPT with a candidate. Mr. Quan has also suggested ways to help businesses master ChatGPT, create convenience for the employers, candidates and HR staff, and ensure information security as well as ethical factors in managing and optimizing the human resources.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cBesides ChatGPT, AI has also become a powerful utility for businesses, especially in HR management, as it helps automate the recruitment and onboarding processes. Capable of collecting and analyzing in-depth HR data, AI helps identify potential candidates as well as increase the accuracy of candidate lists. Building standard processes and proper tech systems and solutions to maximize AI’s capabilities will be the key to helping businesses optimize HR management and enhance user experiences\u201d, said Mr. Quan.<\/span><\/p>\n
