The application has been developed and deployed by FPT Information System Company Corporation (FPT IS) in 170 days.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MyMavin is an important milestone in the first 5-year digital transformation program (2019 &#8211; 2023) of Mavin Group. The application helps to digitalize and connect Mavin employees, and spread Mavin&#8217;s corporate culture. By implementing MyMavin, Mavin has affirmed its position as one of the pioneering enterprises in the agricultural sector to build applications for the employees to interact with the employer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20460\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.fpt-is.com\/en\/sites\/3\/0428-MyMavin-1-700x468-1741009287.png\" alt=\"0428 Mymavin 1 700x468 1741009287\" width=\"700\" height=\"468\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdn.fpt-is.com\/en\/sites\/3\/0428-MyMavin-1-700x468-1741009287.png 700w, https:\/\/cdn.fpt-is.com\/en\/sites\/3\/0428-MyMavin-1-700x468-1741009287-406x271.png 406w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mavin and FPT IS launch the MyMavin application.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The major functions on MyMavin 1.0 include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> News update to the employees: the latest activities of the Group, announcements, or new policies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Rewards and penalties: allowing management levels to timely recognize their subordinates\u2019 efforts and implement penalties when necessary<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Suggestions\/Requests for support: allowing employees to express their thoughts and expectations to higher levels; helping management levels listen to and gather feedback from employees<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Community: a Mavin&#8217;s social network that connects employees across Mavin<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After 170 days of implementation, Mavin and FPT IS have successfully launched an internal software that offers many helpful features. Therefore, the company has been in need of a channel for all employees to exchange opinions and views and interact with each other anytime, anywhere.
