On March 4, FPT Information System Company Limited (FPT IS), a member of FPT Corporation, and Filmore Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company (Filmore) officially completed phase 1 of the SAP ERP project after six months of implementation. This marks a significant milestone in the journey to enhance business management and operations efficiency, contributing to Filmore\u2019s progress toward the goal of comprehensive digital transformation in the real estate sector.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The SAP ERP project at Filmore is being implemented in two main phases, covering key modules including Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO), Project System and Quality Management (PSQM), and Real Estate Management (RE), among others. In phase 1, the SAP ERP system officially went live with critical modules such as Financial Accounting, Procurement, and Sales, along with key integrations with e-Invoice and e-Banking systems, helping to optimize financial, procurement, and business processes at Filmore.\"Fpt<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

According to Mr. Vu Thanh Phong, Deputy Director of Software Solution Development for the Real Estate and Construction Industry FPT IS, FPT Corporation shared: \u201cGiven the unique characteristics of the project, the FPT and Filmore project teams intensified meetings and discussions to clarify and defend the processes before the Board of Directors. Not only were high standards set for process quality and documentation, but the solution was also designed to meet Filmore\u2019s management needs for the next 10 years.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The SAP ERP system has been officially and successfully put into operation, providing strong momentum for both parties to proceed with phase 2 of the project. Beyond implementing the SAP ERP system, the project also opens up opportunities for deeper collaboration in deploying advanced technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR), Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and other tech solutions aligned with the digital transformation trends in the real estate industry.<\/span><\/p>\n

The SAP ERP system has been officially put into operation successfully, providing strong momentum for both parties to continue implementing phase 2. Not only stopping at applying the SAP ERP system, the project also opens up opportunities for extensive cooperation in deploying advanced technologies such as virtual reality (VR), artificial intelligence (AI), automation and many other technology solutions aligned with the digital transformation trend in the real estate industry.<\/span><\/p>\n
