for high-quality human resources.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">At FPT, the development strategy for the period 2025-2027 is based on five key directions established in 2024: Artificial Intelligence \u2013 Semiconductors \u2013 Digital Automotive Technology \u2013 Digital Transformation \u2013 Green Transformation, with AI being the central focus.
