Recently, FPT and Gene Solutions officially launched the FPT.eLearning online training platform, marking a significant milestone in Gene Solutions\u2019 digital transformation of its training operations.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The project was rolled out in two phases to support approximately 800 users. The first phase focused on developing key modules such as learning records, course management, exams, surveys, reporting, and integration with Azure AD for single sign-on. The next phase involved integrating the FPT.iHRP system and customization to fit Gene Solutions\u2019 specific requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n

Launched on February 21, 2025, the project was initially scheduled for completion in 3.5 months. However, thanks to tight coordination and rapid execution from both sides, the system went live after just 2.5 months, one month ahead of schedule. This achievement reflects the high level of professionalism and commitment from both teams.<\/span><\/p>\n

The FPT.eLearning solution helps Gene Solutions standardize and synchronize its internal training activities on a digital platform, improving cost efficiency and enhancing workforce development. Employees can now access training anytime, anywhere, on any device\u2014saving time and improving productivity. With intelligent analytics and reporting tools, managers can easily monitor progress, track individual capabilities, and build targeted learning plans aligned with long-term organizational goals.<\/span><\/p>\n
