Responding to the Government\u2019s call and supporting micro and small household businesses in addressing sales and e-invoicing challenges, FPT officially launches BizNext \u2013 a free mobile sales management app with integrated e-invoicing. Designed to help streamline business operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance professionalism\u2014all from a smartphone\u2014BizNext empowers small business owners to embrace digital transformation with ease. Immediately following its launch on July 5, the BizNext team from FPT was on-site at Ben Thanh and Nguyen Tri Phuong markets in Ho Chi Minh City, directly assisting hundreds of local vendors in installing the app, getting familiar with the interface, and experiencing the solution firsthand.<\/b><\/p>\n

FPT officially launches BizNext \u2013 A free sales management app to support the growth of Vietnam\u2019s private sector<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Currently contributing approximately 42\u201345% of Vietnam\u2019s GDP, the private sector plays a pivotal role in the national economy – with micro and small household businesses making up the majority in number and serving as vital links in the supply and consumption chains. Recognizing this, Resolution 68-NQ\/TW of the Politburo identifies the private sector as one of the most important driving forces of the economy and a vanguard of innovation and technological application.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the context of rising e-commerce, mobile banking, and digital platforms, household businesses in Vietnam are presented with unprecedented opportunities to upgrade their business models. China\u2019s experience – where even street vendors and market stalls use QR codes, e-wallets, and digital invoicing tools – shows that technology is no longer reserved for large enterprises, but has become an essential tool for businesses of all sizes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Under Decree 70\/2025\/N\u0110-CP, starting June 1, 2025, household businesses with annual revenue of 1 billion VND or more will be required to use electronic invoices. By 2026, Resolution 198\/2025\/QH15 will fully replace the current flat-tax mechanism with mandatory tax declarations and payments based on invoice data. This transition is not merely an administrative shift, it is an opportunity for household businesses to move toward greater transparency, structured operations, and improved access to credit, digital transformation programs, and long-term growth support.<\/span><\/p>\n

In a recent directive, the Prime Minister tasked the Ministry of Finance with inviting leading IT corporations to develop software solutions supporting household and small businesses in implementing e-invoicing systems based on point-of-sale data, in alignment with evolving regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n

In response, and in line with the government\u2019s latest directives and Resolution 68-NQ\/TW, FPT officially introduces BizNext – a next-generation sales management platform purpose-built for Vietnam\u2019s household businesses, sole proprietors, convenience shops, eateries, salons, and other microenterprises. BizNext provides a simple, low-cost, and professional solution for business owners to manage daily operations while ensuring compliance with tax and invoicing regulations – all through a smartphone.<\/span><\/p>\n

With a user-friendly interface compatible with both Android and iOS, the app comes pre-integrated with FPT.eInvoice, a General Department of Taxation\u2013certified e-invoicing solution. Users can create, issue, and manage electronic invoices directly from their phones without the need for additional hardware.<\/span><\/p>\n

More than just an invoicing tool, BizNext acts as a comprehensive sales assistant on mobile. Users can easily create orders, calculate totals, manage inventory, and generate sales reports in just a few taps. All data is securely stored and synchronized, allowing business owners to monitor performance anytime, anywhere – no technical skills or complex systems required.<\/span><\/p>\n
