On September 18, FPT, in collaboration with the Northern Power Information Technology Company (NPCIT), successfully completed the acceptance of the project \u201cData Transformation for the Digital Process System Supporting the Restructuring of Administrative Units at the Northern Power Corporation (EVNNPC).\u201d The project plays a crucial role in ensuring effective management and operational continuity at EVNNPC following its restructuring.<\/b><\/p>\n

Implemented in just 80 days (starting from July 1, 2025), the project was structured into key phases: reviewing organizational models and business processes; system adjustment and configuration; synchronizing multi-domain business workflows; data testing and personnel training; and finally, executing the actual data transformation. Every step was carried out meticulously to ensure data accuracy, security, and operational continuity.<\/span><\/p>\n

A standout feature of the project is its ability to execute large-scale, synchronized, and precise implementation despite complex business requirements. FPT successfully addressed numerous critical customization needs, while applying robust backup, access control, and post-migration verification mechanisms to minimize risks and ensure data safety at the highest level. As a result, the transformed system operates stably, with streamlined processes aligned to the new organizational structure, without disrupting the day-to-day operations of EVNNPC units.<\/span><\/p>\n
