FPT IS Co., Ltd., a member of FPT Corporation, has successfully completed the internal accounting software upgrade project for the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC), ensuring full compliance with the new regulations under Circular 24\/2024\/TT-BTC. The project not only modernizes the SSC\u2019s financial and accounting management system but also underscores FPT\u2019s commitment to supporting the Commission\u2019s digital transformation journey, toward a transparent and sustainable financial sector.<\/b><\/p>\n

FPT has successfully implemented the internal accounting software upgrade project for the State Securities Commission of Vietnam<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

The event was attended by senior leaders from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC), the Department of Financial Management, the Securities Research and Training Center, the Securities Magazine, the Specialized Investment Project Management Board, the Department of Information Technology, along with representatives from FPT.<\/span><\/p>\n

The solution was comprehensively designed, including the provision of dedicated servers, expansion and customization of the internal accounting software to meet SSC\u2019s specific requirements, and training for more than 35 staff from key units such as the Technology and Digital Transformation Department, the Office, the Scientific Research Center, and the Specialized Investment Project Management Board. The implementation helps these units enhance financial management capabilities and standardize accounting operations under a unified model.<\/span><\/p>\n

The internal accounting software is structured into multiple functional modules, including: an accounting module (managing finances, contracts, projects, construction works, and generating financial documents and reports); a payroll and human cost management module (calculating, recording, and printing payroll and insurance); a settlement and management reporting module (automatically generating quarterly and annual reports according to public sector accounting standards); and a system administration module (user permissions, transaction tracking, and system parameter configuration). Throughout the implementation process since January 2025, FPT has continuously provided timely technical support, ensuring smooth and stable project operations.<\/span><\/p>\n

The project\u2019s success not only standardizes and digitizes the State Securities Commission\u2019s internal accounting system but also lays a solid foundation for long-term collaboration between the two parties. Moving forward, FPT will continue to support the Commission in leveraging advanced digital technologies, enhancing data management and utilization, and driving the modernization of Vietnam\u2019s securities market toward a thriving digital finance ecosystem.<\/span><\/p>\n
