OCBS Securities Joint Stock Company and FPT Group held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking the start of comprehensive cooperation to develop a modern financial ecosystem based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data. Under the agreement, FPT will partner with OCBS to implement end-to-end digital solutions aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing customer experience.<\/b><\/p>\n

Mr. Nguyen Duc Quan Tung, Member of the Board and CEO of OCBS, and Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh, CEO of FPT IS, FPT Group, represent the companies in signing the cooperation agreement.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

According to the MOU, OCBS and FPT agree to establish a comprehensive partnership in digital transformation, integrating AI into OCBS\u2019s financial and securities management and services. The agreement focuses on deploying AI products from FPT\u2019s ecosystem, leveraging AI and Big Data to enhance competitiveness, improve customer experience, optimize business performance, and increase sustainable value for clients.<\/span><\/p>\n

The collaboration will proceed in two phases. In the first phase, during 2025, both parties will focus on PoC testing of akaSense, an AI assistant for investment services, including building, training, and integrating the AI model directly into the OCBS Invest application. This system will provide OCBS investors with an intelligent \u201cvirtual assistant\u201d capable of market analysis and personalized trading recommendations in real time.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the second phase, OCBS and FPT will expand AI ecosystem solutions, including: FPT AI Agents (AI assistant platform), FPT AI Voice Agent (smart voice call center), FPT AI Read (intelligent document digitization), and FPT AI Mentor (staff training platform), aiming to optimize operational efficiency and elevate customer experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

The MOU also outlines broader cooperation in telecommunications, IT, digital infrastructure, advanced technology applications, financial products and services, and AI development. This marks a significant step in the sustainable partnership between dynamic OCBS Securities and global technology leader FPT, promising new breakthroughs in financial and securities services.<\/span><\/p>\n

The MOU signing comes as OCBS accelerates its digital transformation. In a short period, the company has achieved remarkable milestones: charter capital increased to VND 1,200 billion by Q2\/2025, quadrupling from 2024. By Q3\/2025, profit surged 7,100%, making OCBS the fastest-growing securities company in the first nine months of 2025.
