HANOI<\/strong> \u2013 Minh Phu Hau Giang Seafood Joint Stock Company has officially put the FPT.eApprove system into operation, marking an important milestone in its digital transformation roadmap and efforts to modernize corporate governance. The project was implemented by FPT under a contract for the provision of software licenses and deployment services for FPT.eApprove, serving approximately 150 users across multiple departments across the company.<\/p>\n

The project was kicked off on October 21, 2025 and completed in nearly three months. Throughout the implementation process, the two sides worked closely across key phases including system testing, user training, and system handover. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) was conducted from December 19 to December 26, 2025, followed by end-user training sessions held on January 6 and 7, 2026, before the system officially went live.<\/p>\n

FPT.eApprove is an electronic approval system that enables users to create, submit, and approve requests and business forms on a centralized digital platform, helping ensure transparency in processing status and unified data storage. Within the scope of the project, all existing business processes at Minh Phu Hau Giang Seafood Joint Stock Company were reviewed and standardized on a digital platform. The deployment of the system contributes to shorter processing times, reduced errors during approval workflows, and significantly improved capabilities in monitoring, controlling, and retrieving data.<\/p>\n

FPT organized training and technology transfer for users and system administrators<\/em><\/p>\n

In parallel with the technical deployment, FPT organized training and technology transfer sessions for end users and system administrators, enabling the company to proactively operate the system, handle arising issues, and prepare for future expansion. During the initial post\u2013go-live phase, the FPT project team continues to provide on-site and remote support to ensure stable system operation and close alignment with the company\u2019s practical operational needs.<\/p>\n

As Minh Phu Hau Giang Seafood Joint Stock Company continues to expand its scale of operations, the company has clearly identified the need to standardize and digitize internal processes, building a digital foundation for future system integration and expansion, and gradually realizing its digital transformation strategy in corporate governance. The application of FPT.eApprove helps shorten approval cycles, reduce dependence on paper-based processes, enhance transparency in tracking document processing, minimize losses and errors, and improve overall workforce productivity. Company leaders can approve documents anytime and anywhere via web-based and mobile platforms, thereby reducing waiting time and accelerating decision-making.<\/p>\n
