On March 27, 2026, the kick-off ceremony for the AIViec Project (2026\u20132028 phase) was held, marking the official integration of the AIViec Ecosystem\u2014a comprehensive solution for enterprises, from candidate matching to recruitment performance management\u2014into FPT IS, following its incubation at FPT Corporation\u2019s Technology Division. The event opens a new development phase for the product while reaffirming the strategic direction of completing the \u201cMade by FPT IS\u201d technology product ecosystem in the HR-Tech domain.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mr. Tran Dang Hoa, Chairman of FPT IS, FPT Corporation, expressed his expectation that AIViec will build on the success of other \u201cMade by FPT IS\u201d products and achieve strong commercialization. According to him, AIViec\u2019s integration into FPT IS further reinforces FPT\u2019s X-tech product ecosystem strategy, while enabling the product to get closer to customers and the market, thereby accelerating its refinement and scalability.<\/p>\n

Mr. Vu Anh Tu \u2013 Chief Executive Officer of FPT UAV, FPT Corporation \u2013 who has accompanied AIViec since its early days \u2013 extended his congratulations to the project team and affirmed that AIViec\u2019s move to its \u201cnew home\u201d at FPT IS is a well-suited step for its development as a fully commercial product. According to him, the product-driven environment at FPT IS, along with its extensive customer network and professional sales and delivery system, will enable AIViec to accelerate market expansion and further enhance its product ecosystem.<\/p>\n

Ms. Le Bich Ngoc shared the development direction of AIViec for the 2026\u20132028 period<\/em><\/p>\n

Sharing the vision and development direction for 2026\u20132028, Ms. Le Bich Ngoc, representing the Board of Management of the AIViec Platform Development Center, stated the goal of positioning the platform as Vietnam\u2019s number one in terms of job transaction volume, building an end-to-end recruitment ecosystem that effectively connects businesses and job seekers through artificial intelligence. AIViec\u2019s mission is to help enterprises hire the right people at scale, while enabling individuals to access the right opportunities and develop their careers in a fast, transparent, and efficient manner.<\/p>\n

iViec (now AIViec) was initiated in 2016 with the mission of digitizing FPT\u2019s internal recruitment processes. In 2021, the project was relaunched as one of the Corporation\u2019s key initiatives under the \u201cNhat Lam\u201d program, and by 2023 began accelerating the application of AI to address complex talent acquisition challenges. Over time, the platform has been adopted by 8 out of 9 FPT member companies, as well as many large enterprises, gradually forming a comprehensive recruitment ecosystem\u2014from candidate matching to recruitment performance management.<\/p>\n

AIViec is expected to become a tool that enables organizations to hire the right people quickly, transparently, and effectively<\/em><\/p>\n

AIViec\u2019s official integration into FPT IS not only marks a major milestone for the platform itself but also contributes to completing the strategic product portfolio within FPT IS\u2019s X-tech ecosystem, as well as strengthening its capability to develop and master core technologies. In the context of accelerating HR digital transformation, AIViec is expected to become a powerful tool enabling organizations to hire the right people quickly, transparently, and effectively\u2014thereby enhancing competitiveness and supporting sustainable growth.<\/p>\n
