In addition, the system was enhanced with advanced features including competency framework management, career development pathways, and individual development planning. These capabilities support GELEX in building a structured and future-ready HR management foundation aligned with its long-term growth objectives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Given the project\u2019s scale, spanning multiple subsidiaries with diverse operational characteristics, it required a high level of standardization and process alignment.
