On the afternoon of May 27, nearly 80 consultants and project managers from FPT participated in the MBF Workshop organized by the corporation. As part of its ongoing effort to foster an innovation-driven culture and an \u201cintrapreneurship\u201d mindset, FPT regularly conducts engagement activities that connect product development teams with the business force\u2014serving as a critical bridge to better align products with customer needs and enhance market accessibility.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The workshop was attended by Mr. Tran Tuan Anh – Vice President and Chief Product Officer of FPT IS, FPT Corporation, and Mr. Le Quang Vinh Phuc – Deputy Director of the Enterprise Sector, FPT IS, FPT Corporation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Opening the session, Mr. Tran Tuan Anh presented an overview of the global economic landscape in 2026, highlighting ongoing geopolitical and economic uncertainties that continue to impact technology market costs and pricing\u2014particularly in hardware and IT services. In this context, the challenge of sustainable growth has become increasingly urgent for FPT in general and the \u201cMade by FPT\u201d ecosystem in particular.<\/span><\/p>\n

In response, FPT\u2019s 2026 strategy prioritizes the development of platform-based products and transaction-driven business models, advances industry-specific xTech initiatives, and accelerates the global expansion of \u201cMade by FPT\u201d solutions. This pillar is positioned as a key driver of sustainable growth amid ongoing market volatility.<\/span><\/p>\n

A key highlight of the workshop was the presentation of four flagship products: FPT.eSign, Kyta Platform, Utop, and FPT Consent Management Platform. Representatives provided comprehensive insights into product features, competitive advantages, real-world use cases, and sales enablement policies for the business teams.<\/span><\/p>\n

Among them, the FPT Consent Management Platform – designed for consent and data privacy management – was recognized as a highly promising solution in the context of increasingly stringent data regulations. The platform is expected to play a pioneering role in helping enterprises ensure compliance and strengthen data governance in the near future.<\/span><\/p>\n

Continuing the program, Ms. Ngo Thi Cam Tien, Business Development Executive at the Enterprise Sector of FPT IS, shared a practical case study on delivering \u201cMade by FPT\u201d solutions to JACCS. In practice, the \u201cMade by FPT\u201d ecosystem has gradually built trust with Japanese clients through product quality and long-term partnership.<\/span><\/p>\n

In a highly competitive and demanding market, FPT adopts a customer-centric approach, starting from the smallest needs, proactively providing support beyond contractual scope, and continuously responding to emerging requirements. From FPT.eID, FPT.eSign, and FPT.eContract to jLOS, these solutions have helped JACCS digitalize multiple operational processes, while expanding collaboration opportunities and increasing revenue from ecosystem products.<\/span><\/p>\n

Closing the workshop, FPT representatives emphasized that the company consistently encourages product innovation ideas originating from real customer engagements by its business teams.
