On May 30, Techcombank, One Mount Group, and FPT jointly hosted the T-Shop Workshop & Experience Day, introducing T-Shop, an all-in-one retail management application. The event marked a significant milestone in the three-way partnership, reflecting a shared commitment to equipping merchants and household businesses with a digital solution that simplifies sales management, streamlines operations, and helps ensure compliance with Vietnam’s current tax reporting regulations.<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n

The event was attended by Mr. Jens Lottner, Chief Executive Officer of Techcombank; Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh, Chief Executive Officer of FPT IS, FPT Corporation; project leaders and experts from Techcombank, One Mount Group, and FPT; as well as representatives of household businesses.<\/span><\/p>\n

Speaking at the event, Mr. Jens Lottner said: “The future of the digital economy will not be shaped solely by large enterprises, but also by millions of household businesses across Vietnam. Through T-Shop, we aim to bridge gaps in technology and management capabilities, enabling every business owner to operate more professionally, enhance competitiveness, and achieve sustainable growth in a rapidly evolving marketplace.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Officially launched on April 1, 2026, T-Shop is a modern sales management application designed for household businesses and retail enterprises. The platform is built on the vision of helping merchants digitalize their business operations in the simplest and most effective way while meeting the latest tax declaration requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n

T-Shop is developed around the principle of “One Platform \u2013 Two-Minute Registration \u2013 Five Years of Free Usage.” Users can complete registration and begin using the platform in as little as two minutes. Beyond being a point-of-sale solution, T-Shop also provides a comprehensive package of financial services and incentives to support business owners, including five years of free access to the sales management software.<\/span><\/p>\n

As part of the initiative, FPT is sponsoring a package that includes 5,000 free electronic invoices, one year of complimentary use of FPT.eSign digital signature services, and FPT.eInvoice automated e-invoicing. The system automatically issues electronic invoices immediately after payment or according to a predefined schedule, helping merchants simplify tax compliance and reduce administrative burdens.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh, CEO of FPT IS, FPT Corporation, shared: “T-Shop has welcomed its first customers, but this is only the beginning of a much longer journey. We believe the greatest value of technology lies not in its features, but in its ability to solve people’s everyday challenges. T-Shop’s mission goes beyond providing a management tool\u2014it is designed to become a trusted companion that allows business owners to focus entirely on growing their businesses, while the platform takes care of invoicing, revenue reporting, and tax-related processes.
