On October 9, 2026, a delegation of leaders from the Large Enterprise Tax Department under the Tax Department of the Ministry of Finance presented FPT IS, an FPT Corporation member company, with a certificate of merit recognizing its compliance with tax laws. The delegation also extended its congratulations on Vietnamese Entrepreneurs\u2019 Day, October 13. The event underscored the role of businesses in complying with tax policies and laws and fulfilling their obligations to the state budget, as well as the role of technology enterprises in supporting Vietnam\u2019s economic development.<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n

The delegation was led by Mr. Nguyen Tai Hai, Deputy Head of the Large Enterprise Tax Department under the Tax Department of the Ministry of Finance. Representing FPT, Mr. Tran Dang Hoa, Chairman of FPT IS, FPT Corporation, and other company leaders welcomed the delegation.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Tai Hai, Deputy Head of the Large Enterprise Tax Department under the Tax Department of the Ministry of Finance, congratulated FPT IS on its achievements and extended his wishes for Vietnamese Entrepreneurs\u2019 Day on October 13 to FPT IS in particular and FPT Corporation as a whole.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Hai shared that, to promptly institutionalize policies on private-sector development and improve the effectiveness of state management, the Tax Department officially issued Decision No. 1362\/Q\u0110-CT on October 1, 2026, promulgating the criteria for ranking, honoring, and rewarding taxpayers. The first round of awards in 2026 recognized 462 taxpayers, including numerous major enterprises, economic groups, commercial banks, and outstanding business organizations nationwide. FPT IS, an FPT Corporation member company, was honored as one of the few large enterprises to receive a certificate of merit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Tran Dang Hoa, Chairman of FPT IS, FPT Corporation, shared: \u201cFPT IS is proud to receive a certificate of merit from the Tax Department in recognition of its compliance with tax laws. The issuance of Decision No. 1362\/Q\u0110-CT represents an important assessment of a company\u2019s financial health. This recognition serves as motivation for FPT IS in particular and FPT as a whole to continue striving for growth, contributing to the state budget, and promoting national economic growth.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Dau Tran Trung, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FPT IS, FPT Corporation, committed to continuing to fulfill the company\u2019s obligations to the state budget fully and on time.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the 2026 PRIVATE 100 ranking recently announced, FPT Corporation also ranked seventh among Vietnam\u2019s Top 100 largest private-sector contributors to the state budget, with a contribution of VND 11.291 trillion, surpassing the VND 10 trillion milestone for the first time. FPT was also the highest-ranked technology company on the list.<\/span><\/p>\n

Throughout its development, FPT has accompanied Vietnam\u2019s digital transformation and implemented large-scale national projects and systems. As a key member company of FPT Corporation, FPT IS has worked alongside ministries, sectors, and local authorities in implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ\/TW and, in particular, Resolution No. 214\/NQ-CP. The company has participated in developing, refining, and promulgating data and digital transformation strategies, while also being entrusted with a leading role in building numerous important national and sector-specific databases.<\/span><\/p>\n

These initiatives include the deployment of IT systems supporting the two-tier local government model and the use of personal identification numbers in place of tax identification numbers, effective July 1, 2025, for the Ministry of Finance, the Tax Department, the State Treasury, and commercial banks, ensuring uninterrupted system operations under the new model.<\/span><\/p>\n
