FPT IS partners with Sonadezi to upgrade SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA

With more than 3,800 employees, Sonadezi Corporation operates across four main business sectors: industrial and residential real estate; construction and construction materials; supporting services; and water supply.

CHALLENGE

In the middle of the strong wave of digital transformation, Sonadezi’s leadership identified the need to digitalize data in order to build a centralized database integrated with intelligent data analytics tools. The objective was to effectively manage and maximize the value of data across the entire corporation.

To achieve this goal, implementing an intelligent management reporting system was considered a critical factor and a foundational step toward building a smart management platform for the company’s digital transformation journey.

SOLUTION

The FPT IS project team collaborated with Sonadezi to develop:

• A portal for data entry and report exploitation.
• A direct data input system for HR operations and business project management tailored to Sonadezi’s management requirements.
• A centralized data warehouse.
• An intelligent reporting system with 47 dashboards and 64 output report templates.

After six months of assessment and analysis, the project officially entered the design and development phase in November 2021. The system has now been completed and officially moved into operational and reporting exploitation stages.

RESULT

Through the joint efforts of Sonadezi and FPT IS, more than 100 intelligent management reports and a cloud infrastructure system were successfully deployed and put into operation starting in June for the Corporation and its 16 subsidiary companies.

As a result, Sonadezi now possesses an advanced, accurate, and standardized “management brain” supporting operations across industrial and residential real estate, construction, building materials, supporting services, and clean water supply sectors, creating a sustainable long-term development foundation.
