Dr. Nguyen Thanh Binh is an expert with over 20 years of experience in information security and safety. He is currently serving as a cybersecurity consultant for organizations and enterprises in the global market. His expertise focuses on micro-level information security strategies and policies, security architecture design and operations, as well as security for industrial control systems (ICS/SCADA). Dr. Bình has completed numerous advanced training programs on industrial control system cybersecurity offered by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) under the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Mr. La Hong Nguyen

Solution Architect, Cloud Technology Division, FPT Smart Cloud, FPT Corporation

Mr. Nguyen has many years of experience in software development and system integration in Singapore and Vietnam. He has also been involved in implementing and consulting for both global and domestic projects across various sectors, including banking, insurance, finance, public finance, and enterprises. Currently, as a Solution Architect, he advises on cloud migration for many large corporations, enterprises, and SMBs. In parallel, he develops FPT Cloud’s platform services to ensure that organizations’ cloud migrations achieve key objectives such as adopting new technology standards, modernizing applications, leveraging data analytics capabilities, monitoring cloud-based systems, and ensuring security and compliance.

Mr. Nguyen Van Luc

Security Manager, FPT Smart Cloud, FPT Corporation

With over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, I have a strong interest and passion for emerging technologies in cloud security. Currently, my focus is on strategy, leadership, and team building, as well as on techniques for automated threat detection, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity incident response. In my current role as Information Security Manager at FPT Smart Cloud, I lead a team of engineers in designing and implementing security solutions across FPT Smart Cloud’s ecosystem.

As a security solutions consultant with over 17 years of experience in network security and cybersecurity at system integrators and distributors of leading global security vendors, he is responsible for the domestic market as well as regions such as Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos. He has implemented solutions for major clients in sectors including finance, banking, government, and other large enterprises.

Mr. Do Nhat Tan

Security Consultant, Palo Alto Networks

Mr. Tân is a seasoned cybersecurity expert with over 13 years of experience in designing, consulting, and implementing security solutions for the financial, government, and enterprise sectors. His expertise includes Security Operations Center (SOC) platforms, cloud security, and automation, with a focus on building effective and scalable security architectures. He is also an active speaker and trainer, regularly sharing practical experiences on emerging threats and modern defense strategies.

Asian Regional Technology Solutions Architect, Eclypsium

Ray Tan is the Asian Regional Technical Solutions Architect at Eclypsium, currently leading the design and deployment of advanced technology solutions across various markets in the region. As an expert in platform security, threat mitigation, and supply chain risk management, Ray plays a key role in helping organizations secure their IT infrastructure from the firmware level upward.
