CHALLENGE
Maison, as one of the largest fashion retail groups in Vietnam, exclusively distributes many renowned international brands such as Pedro, Puma, Coach, and Charles & Keith. With millions of customers and hundreds of millions of transactions every year, the group sought a strategic direction to enhance customer experience and strengthen customer engagement.
As a result, the company shifted its strategy from customer acquisition to customer retention and profit optimization by implementing the Utop Loyalty platform across all brands and customer segments on a single unified platform.
The objective was to centralize customer data management and loyalty campaigns across multiple sales channels, including offline stores, online websites, and e-commerce platforms.
SOLUTION
With the Utop Loyalty platform, Maison successfully launched a completely new customer loyalty platform in less than four months. The Utop platform enabled seamless integration across the company’s entire merchant network and internal systems.
This allowed end users to take advantage of a broad partner ecosystem to redeem loyalty points and enjoy a wide range of exclusive shopping benefits and promotions.
