FPT IS and Palo Alto Networks Vietnam Sign a Strategic Cooperation Agreement to Promote Business

On June 28, 2024, FPT IS successfully signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) of strategic cooperation with Palo Alto Networks Vietnam. This partnership marks an important milestone in business growth and market expansion for both parties, by enhancing the business of cybersecurity products and services for the enterprise segment. This is also FPT IS’s first step to promote strategic business in security since its Taskforce was established.

In the strategic memorandum of understanding between the two parties, FPT IS will play a key role in introducing and providing modern security solutions from Palo Alto Vietnam to enterprises. To achieve the targeted sales committed between the two companies, FPT IS takes advantage of its deep understanding of the local market and profound insights about cybersecurity solutions to boost business growth through cooperative relationship and system implementation experience it has gained over the past 30 years. Under its slogan “Co-Create the Next” with customers and partners, the cooperation between FPT IS and Palo Alto Networks Vietnam is expected to open a new chapter in The Next story of the two companies.

To obtain this goal, Palo Alto Networks Vietnam will provide technical training and support to FPT IS’s team of experts, equipping them with useful knowledge and skills to offer optimal security solutions to customers. FPT IS, on the other hand, officially built a Taskforce Security tailored for promoting its strategic service in security. The tech company aims to be listed in Top 3 Information Safety and Security Service/Solution Providers in the Vietnamese market. During its incumbency, the Taskforce Security will monitor and urge relevant departments, mobilize resources and advanced technology to tackle cybersecurity challenges with customers, thus creating a safer and more sustainable business environment for enterprises.

Speaking at the opening of the event, Mr. Hoang Quang Huy, Country Manager at Palo Alto Networks Vietnam, expressed that FPT IS has always been the partner accounting for a large proportion of the company’s during its first three years entering the Vietnamese market. Mr. Huy emphasized: “Just like Palo Alto Networks Vietnam, many other companies in the industry will first consider partnering with FPT IS to boost sales and business growth. Currently, Palo Alto Networks Vietnam’s sales have increased fivefold since 2019, and the company wishes to continue its cooperation with FPT IS for synchronous growth in the Vietnamese market.

In the coming time, the Taskforce will work out a specific action program to mobilize and invest in resources, thus creating room for development with Palo Alto Networks Vietnam according to the agreement signed today.”, affirmed Mr. Ngoc.

Mr. Pham Dinh Thong, Security Solution Consultant at Palo Alto Networks Vietnam, introduced the company’s sales solution for Presales/Sales as well as Cybersecurity trends through the PANW ONE platform, providing in-depth information about the company’s products and how to build a security system for customers.
