FPT IS demonstrates the digital ecosystem at the National Forum on Digital Economy and Society Development
At the National Forum on Digital Economy and Society Development held by the Ministry of Information and Communications, FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS) has demonstrated a comprehensive solution ecosystem for the Government and businesses of all sizes, as well as given major suggestions to promote the digital transformation process of the country.
Specifically, at the Forum, FPT IS has demonstrated a series of advanced solutions that support the digital transformation process of provinces/cities, organizations and businesses, including: An ecosystem of digital authentication solutions such as electronic contract solution – FPT.eContract, Remote signing solution – FPT.eSign, Anti-fraud solution for digital identity verification – FPT.IDCheck, e-Contract authentication system – FPT.CeCA; Robotic process automation (RPA) solution – akaBot; as well as a series of utilities that comprehensively respond to Project 06 of the Government in relation with the development of digital economy and digital society.
The solutions for sustainable digital economy
In the group of solutions for digital economy development, FPT IS demonstrates the electronic contract solution – FPT.eContract. After 3 years after its launch, FPT.eContract has always led the e-signing market with outstanding marks, such as: more than 2 million transactions completed, more than 4 million signing partners, and more than 1,500 corporate customers performing remote signing on the platform, including: VNPay, Vietjet, Be, Tiki, 30Shine…
Together with FPT.eContract, FPT.eSign is the leading digital signing service in the Vietnamese market with more than 70% market share, issuing more than 10,000,000 digital certificates per year. FPT.eSign has become the perfect choice for electronic transactions in all fields such as Banking – Finance, Insurance, Securities, Real Estate, Tax, Treasury, Customs…
To help businesses accelerate the operations, FPT IS demonstrates akaBot – a comprehensive robotic process automation (RPA) solution for businesses, with “virtual robot assistants” capable of simulating human operations to perform repetitive tasks in large numbers. Up to now, akaBot has been used by more than 3,500 businesses in 21 countries with more than 10,000 virtual robots deployed. akaBot’s virtual assistants have freed more than 11 million employees from tedious tasks, shortened 70% of the process handling time, and saved up to 21.9 million working hours per year.

The solutions to promote digital society
In order to promote the construction of digital society, at the event, FPT IS presents Anti-fraud solution for digital identity verification – FPT.IDCheck and chip-based ID card reader device – FPT.IDReader. The two solutions can recognize faces with 100% accuracy, meeting the needs for identity verification in a wide variety of fields: Banking – Finance, Insurance, E-commerce, Real Estate…, as well as those of any organizations (schools, notary offices, hospitals…).
The solutions for building databases
At the specialized session of the event, Mr. Le Thanh Bac – Director of FPT Electronic Service Center – has delivered a presentation themed “End-to-end digital signing and authentication platform – Promoting Vietnam’s digital economy” to provincial/city leaders and businesses.
According to Mr. Le Thanh Bac, FPT IS in particular and FPT Corporation in general have been accompanying 40 provinces/cities with digital transformation and training. Currently, FPT IS has been offering 30 utility models associated with Project 06. Particularly, FPT IS pays special attention to building databases to help local leaders with instant direction and administration using real-time data. Also in the process of accompanying provincial/city leaders, FPT IS has been designing solutions to enhance labor productivity of civil servants and public employees and create welfare for the people. Thanks to that, the people will be able to access public administrative services in a quick and convenient way.

The ecosystem of Made-by-FPT-IS platforms, solutions, products and services covers all problems in business activities and socio-economic development in Vietnam”, said Mr. Le Thanh Bac.
In addition, Mr. Bac has also demoed the signing process on the e-Contract platform, FPT.eContract, and instructed businesses to execute the signing on such a single and consistent platform.
2023 is the first time the National Forum on Digital Economy and Society Development is held, oriented as an annual exchange event for state agencies, businesses, and experts on developing digital economy and digital society in Vietnam in accordance with Resolution 52 of the Politburo on a number of guidelines and policies to proactively get involved in the Industry 4.0.
