FPT IS deployed electronic medical record system in Quang Yen Commune Health Center successfully passes appraisal
Recently, the Electronic Medical Record system deployed by FPT IS at Quang Yen Commune Health Center has successfully passed an appraisal conducted by an 18-member council representing the Quang Ninh Department of Health and the commune’s Health center.
The appraisal involved a thorough inspection and evaluation of the electronic medical record system’s implementation and operation. This is an important system which helps enhance the quality of management and medical services at Quang Yen Commune Health Center, optimizing both the patient care process and record management.
The Council conducted an appraisal of the electronic medical record system in Quang Yen Commune Health Center
The appraisal was led by Mr. Trinh Van Manh, Deputy Director of Quang Ninh Department of Health. The council included key members such as Ms. Dinh Thi Lan Oanh – Director of the Commune Medical Center, Mr. Tran Huu Thach – Deputy Director of the Commune Medical Center, Mr. Nguyen Huu Lac – Deputy Director of the Commune Medical Center, Mr. Huynh Tan Trung – Deputy Head of the Commune Medical Center’s Planning Department, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hung – Former Director of Quang Ninh Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, Ms. Nguyen Hai Yen – Deputy Chief of Office of Quang Ninh Department of Health, and other members.
According to the evaluation of the Council, the Electronic Medical Record system has been deployed and applied effectively in all departments of Quang Yen Commune Health Center. The appraisal resulted in a unanimous 18 out of 18 votes in favor, demonstrating the Council’s full agreement on the system’s feasibility and effectiveness.
During the appraisal, Ms. Dinh Thi Lan Oanh, Director of Quang Yen Commune Health Center, expressed her gratitude to FPT IS for their successful upgrade and operation of the electronic medical record system in the Health Center. She also acknowledged the efforts of the two project teams in digitizing the medical examination and treatment process using the Hospital Management System (FPT.eHospital).
The adoption of the electronic medical record system represents a crucial step toward modernizing healthcare services and enhancing their quality at Quang Yen Commune Health Center.
