FPT IS expert offers plans to help businesses improve human resource management with AI and ChatGPT
On February 22, participating in the meeting “HR Tech Talk: AI Applications for Human Resources”, an FPT IS expert spoke about the outstanding effectiveness of AI and ChatGPT when applied in human resource management, which helps businesses enhance the quality of human resources and create momentum for strong growth in the future.
At the meeting, speakers from Vietnam Human Resources Club (VNHR), Vietnam Digital Human Resources Alliance and FPT IS discussed strategies and the practical effectiveness of the application of AI and ChatGPT as well as digital transformation platforms for enterprises.
Representing FPT IS, Mr. Nguyen Duc Minh Quan, Director of Smart City Solution Development Center, said that AI is currently aiding in changing the traditional recruitment process by acting as an “accelerator” that empowers human resources workers to develop attractive recruitment approaches and attract increasing numbers of candidates.
