Mission: In 2014, Saigon Tourist Travel Joint Stock Company faced an urgent need to modernize an aging management system. They planned to purchase Opera, a leading global software solution specialized for hotel-restaurant management, but its price was prohibitive and inaccessible. Grasping the chance, the Made by FIS product team, consisting of 40 members, pioneered the development of FPT.iHotel to enter this highly promising market.

FPT.iHotel is a hotel management application accessible anytime, anywhere on mobile devices. Users can easily access, retrieve, and manage information with minimal latency to maximize management efficiency and task processing, conserve resources, and focus more on delivering customer-centric service. The product has taken shape and evolved amid waves of technological innovation. After nine years of deployment and market expansion, FPT.iHotel concludes its current phase with a passionate drive to create a next-generation product with the leading technology and comprehensive strategy to continue conquering the untapped market.

Mission: FPT.ICBS is one of the first-generation MBF products over 20 years of age. At the time, MobiFone was newly operating in Vietnam and lacked a settlement (billing) reconciliation system. Seizing the opportunity for pioneers, the product team launched FPT.ICBS to help network providers minimize manual reconciliation in billing. FPT.ICBS not only accompanied domestic providers like MobiFone and VinaPhone but was also deployed in Laos. It can be said that FPT.ICBS has witnessed 20 years of development in the telecommunications sector; it is time for FPT.ICBS to rest when providers become self-reliant in billing reconciliation.
