The Hanoi Department of Information and Communications, on behalf of the Hanoi People’s Committee, has implemented the new generation Administrative Procedure Settlement Information System for nearly 10,000 officials and civil servants from the Department, agencies, branches, and People’s Committees of districts, towns, and cities. The objective is to establish a “digital government – digital citizen” model aimed at substantially enhancing the investment environment and expediting administrative procedures in a more efficient, convenient, and scientific manner.

RESULTS

Hanoi’s new generation Administrative Procedure Settlement Information System officially came into operation on March 31, 2023.

The system not only facilitates the operational management of Hanoi’s administrative agencies under the “one-stop” mechanism but also ensures transparency and provides the most favorable conditions for individuals and organizations to complete administrative procedures through the online platform.

• Centralized system serving three levels under Hanoi City, encompassing 631 units, 22 departments, 30 districts, 579 wards and communes, and managing 1,902 administrative procedures
• 10,000 officials and civil servants are trained and guided on using the new generation administrative procedure settlement information system of Hanoi city
• 45 days rapid contract deployment
