Key Results

• The IVAS system assists the Government of Bangladesh in administering the taxes of more than 500,000 VAT payers and serves the professional operations of 320 local tax authorities of Bangladesh.

  12/2023 IVAS is the first public service system in Bangladesh to successfully connect with all 580 payment points of Sonali Bank – the largest state-owned commercial bank specializing in finance and public services.

By successfully launching the core modules of the VAT Online/IVAS system in 2021, along with local training sessions jointly held by us and FPT IS – the application provider – at the beginning of 2022, we increase work efficiency by about 35% and shorten waiting time and downtime caused by paper-based administrative procedures by approximately 20-25%.
