The People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province aims to make Binh Dinh Province become the economic center of the Central Coast region and the leading AI center in the region.

The project is an effective cooperation between the State and private enterprises with the PPP model – the state budget and socialized investment by FPT.

RESULTS

The Intelligent Operation Center of Binh Dinh province will provide 8 services in accordance within the orientation of the Ministry of Information and Communications, including: monitoring information security, monitoring information on electronic newspapers and social networks, monitoring urban security and order; traffic monitoring and operating; field monitoring; online public service monitoring system, economic and social information system, and integrated monitoring and operation dashboard.

The Intelligent Operations Center has integrated existing information systems deployed by units in the province such as the fishing vessel monitoring information system, the Binh Dinh Province Covid-19 information portal, the BTS station monitoring system in the province etc.

• THE GOVERNMENT: centralized monitoring and operating across various fields through a single common technology platform, providing comprehensive data on activities in the province.
• PEPOPLE: access data sources to facilitate the development of smart services and applications, thus fostering a close connection between state agencies, authorities, the government, people and businesses.
