Key Results

• This is the first time BIDC Bank Cambodia has upgraded the system after 10 years of use, converting Core Banking, which is important for the development and operation of BIDC.
• The system operates smoothly and stably, overcoming the limitations of the old version.
• The Core Banking T24 system helps BIDC easily deploy and integrate digital banking products and services such as: online account opening using the eKYC electronic customer identification and authentication solution, online lending solutions, etc.

With the orientation of expanding and developing retail business activities and moving towards becoming a digital bank, we believe that the new Core Banking system will be a strong springboard, promoting BIDC to get closer to this strategic goal. Digital solutions such as: online account opening, online lending, international payment, … will be focused on investment by BIDC in the near future. Therefore, we hope to continue receiving support from FPT IS with the next important projects.
