MB Ageas conducts digital transformation in HR management with FPT.iHRP by FPT IS
On the morning of April 19, MB Ageas Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (MB Ageas Life) and FPT Information System Co., Ltd. (FPT IS) kick off a project to implement the payroll and HR management software FPT.iHRP, towards optimizing the work of management, enhancing operational efficiency and position of MB Ageas in the market.
Accordingly, FPT IS will deploy 12 modules under FPT.iHRP for MB Ageas, including: System administration, Recruitment, Human resources, Attendance, Evaluation, Salary/bonus calculation, Tax, Insurance, Training, Personal services, App Mobility and Integration, allowing MB Ageas to comprehensively and effectively transform the work of HR management, accelerating its process of digital transformation and leaping forward in 4.0 era.
FPT IS will deploy 12 modules under FPT.iHRP for MB Ageas in 9 months.
At the event, Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Hoa, HR Director of MB Ageas, highly appreciates FPT’s capability and reputation since the Company has been successfully implementing various IT projects for MB. In which, MB SHINSEI (MCREDIT), a financial company, has been strongly benefiting from FPT.iHRP by FPT IS.
