According to a 2024 Forbes magazine article, eight out of ten revolutionary trends in the global healthcare industry are driven by technology such as AI/Telemedicine 2.0/IoT/Virtual Care/VR/AR. In Vietnam, the 2023 Law on Examination and Treatment, which took effect on January 1, 2024, has provided a boost for the healthcare sector to accelerate the application of remote examination and treatment services and digital transformation solutions across all aspects of primary healthcare operations. This includes focusing on upgrading IT infrastructure, training operational personnel, refining policies to encourage digital transformation, and improving technical guidance systems.
The “The Flow of Technology – Shaping the Future of Digital Healthcare” aims to share experiences and practical guidelines on applying information technology in hospital and clinic operations. Participants will gain a comprehensive overview of how current digital technologies can address the digital transformation challenges faced by their organizations, moving towards a Smart Healthcare model and improving patient care quality, with patients at the center of digital transformation.
