FPT supports Vietbank in successfully deploying the PeopleX Hiring system
On November 18, FPT and Viet Nam Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Vietbank) officially completed acceptance of the Recruitment Management module (PeopleX Hiring) under the Human Resource Management (HRM) system. The stable operation of the system marks a strategic milestone in Vietbank’s roadmap toward fully digitizing its recruitment activities and human capital management processes.
FPT and Vietbank successfully implement the PeopleX Hiring system
The project focuses on deploying the Recruitment Management module within the HRM platform, targeting a transition from manual, fragmented information storage to a centralized digital infrastructure. Prior to implementation, Vietbank managed recruitment data using traditional Excel-based methods, which created challenges in workflow control, reporting, and cross-department collaboration. With PeopleX Hiring, the bank has shifted from manual processing to a unified digital process, standardizing and harmonizing all steps in the recruitment lifecycle.
The new system enables Vietbank to establish end-to-end workflows—from raising hiring requests, approvals, job postings, application intake and evaluation, to issuing offer letters. Automated tasks such as notifications, approvals and application processing reduce manual effort and enhance operational efficiency. Dashboards and advanced analytical reports provide real-time visibility into key hiring metrics including Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill, conversion rates and sourcing effectiveness, enabling leadership to make faster and more accurate decisions.
In addition, PeopleX Hiring integrates directly with the HRM system, synchronizing data for successful candidates to support onboarding, personnel file creation and electronic contract signing. The system also expands Vietbank’s access to the labor market through standard API connections with major recruitment platforms such as VietnamWorks, TopCV and CareerViet…, enhancing employer branding reach and optimizing access to quality candidate pools.
The PeopleX Hiring project not only standardizes recruitment across Vietbank’s entire network but also significantly shortens application processing time, improves cross-department coordination, enhances candidate experience and reduces operational costs. This provides a critical foundation for Vietbank to continue advancing its HR digital transformation initiatives and strengthening its competitiveness in talent acquisition and development.
