A number of FPT.iHRP system upgrades by FPT IS for Tan Long Group won its acceptance
Several Mobility App and Integration upgrades in FPT.iHRP – Human Resource and Payroll Management System – deployment project for Tan Long Group Joint Stock Company recently gained the Group’s acceptance. The upgrades will fulfill Tan Long Group’s needs for modern management and speed up its digital transformation.
During this period, FPT IS successfully deployed new features such as GPS Timekeeping, Online Approval and Digital Signature Integration into Electronic Contracts on mobile applications.
Before being digitally transformed, such operations were performed in a manual, time-consuming manner, causing some tasks to be delayed, which challenges labor efficiency optimization. When put into operation, GPS timekeeping on the Mobility App will allow employees to clock in remotely via the App with GPS accurately locating their locations. This will help minimize fraud in timekeeping, improve data transparency and reliability, and automate the attendance record compilation and reconciliation process, consequently saving time and increasing efficiency.

Mobility App enables approval processes to be digitized, making quick approval at anytime, anywhere possible. This feature leverages automatic notifications via the application to reduce paperwork and hasten the process, allows easy tracking of each approval request’s status and records storage on the system.
Additionally, the successful integration of digital signatures for electronic contracts greatly facilitates the signing process through remote signing. Such implementation helps quicken the transaction process and reduce operating costs, which aims for professionalism in the digital age.
