AIG and FPT officially launch the FPT.iHRP Human Resource Management System
The implementation of the FPT.iHRP human resource management system at Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) has officially entered the operational phase. The system has been deployed across five AIG subsidiaries, serving approximately 800 employees.
According to the project scope, the FPT.iHRP solution includes modules for system administration, HR management and organizational charting, timekeeping, self-services, and a mobile application. The platform is integrated with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure to enhance security and ensure data safety.

The new system significantly improves HR management at AIG by enabling real-time data updates, reducing manual tasks, and allowing employees to independently handle tasks such as leave requests, overtime logging, and attendance adjustments. Employees can easily access and manage personal records on a secure, centralized digital platform. The system offers a streamlined user experience on mobile devices, complete with timely automated notifications.
Moreover, the system optimizes HR resources, reduces operating costs, and enhances reporting and analytics. Transparency and fairness in HR processes are strengthened, as employees can verify and track their information anytime, anywhere.
The new system helps AIG enhance its human resource management efficiency.
During implementation, FPT’s team proactively configured the system and conducted early user training to keep the project on track. Special attention was given to remote units, where additional in-depth training sessions ensured effective user adoption and smooth handover.
