Bac Giang builds digital data warehouse with FPT IS’ solutions
As part of the plan to develop digital government in the period of 2022 – 2025, recently, Bac Giang Department of Information and Communications has trusted and selected FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS) as a partner to build a digital data warehouse of the province, based on the quality of FPT IS’ software, IT systems as well as deployment capability.
This is one of the key projects of Bac Giang province in the period of 2022 – 2025. Accordingly, FPT IS will build and deploy a digital data warehouse for the province with major goals as follows:
– Developing services for data reception and integration, data sources reception, shared databases integration and forming;
– Developing services for database management and statistics reporting, as well as management of integrated database sources and shared databases;
– Connecting and integrating data of all fields through a data integration platform to form shared, interconnected databases throughout the province;
– Forming a shared data warehouse platform, ensuring that data warehouse operators can easily and actively form shared databases in accordance with regulations of the province.
FPT IS presents the project’s goals, scope and plan to Bac Giang Department of Information and Communications.
In the next 3 months, FPT IS will deploy 5 functional modules in Bac Giang including Data integration; Data storage; Data processing and cleaning; Shared database formation and management; Data sharing API formation and management.
The project is expected to promote the process of developing Digital government in Bac Giang, thereby contributing to helping the province realize its goal of being in the Top 15 provinces/cities with leading digital transformation index in the country, delivering actual benefits to the people and society.
