FPT IS launches Electronic PIT withholding document management solution – FPT.ePIT
FPT.ePIT has been researched and developed by FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS) to automate the management and issuance of PIT withholding documents, allowing enterprises and organizations paying PIT to easily submit employees’ documents and link data with the General Department of Taxation system in accordance with regulations set forth in Decree 123, Circular 78, Circular 111 of the Vietnam Ministry of Finance.
With FPT.ePIT, accounting and HR staff of enterprises and organizations can create, update, replace, adjust, cancel, look up PIT withholding documents. Employees and concerned parties can look up and verify documents online via https://tracuuhoadon.fpt.com.vn/.
FPT.ePIT has officially been launched by FPT IS on August 12.
FPT.ePIT features onCloud and onPrem versions. Currently, customers who are using FPT.eInvoice onCloud will be upgraded to use FPT.ePIT when registering to purchase document packages. In addition, enterprises and organizations can deploy their own FPT.ePIT on their infrastructure. The solution can also be deployed at those that do not use FPT.eInvoice. Especially, with an enriched API library, FPT.ePIT is available to integrate with human resource management software, helping enterprises and organizations enhance operational efficiency.
FPT.ePIT allows enterprises and organizations paying PIT to easily submit employees’ documents and link data with the General Department of Taxation system.
According to regulations, from July 1, 2022, organizations withholding PIT are required to adopt electronic PIT withholding documents. Therefore, the launching of FPT.ePIT is considered timely with high applicability, and addresses urgent needs of many enterprises and organizations. Just a short time after its launch, FPT.ePIT has been trusted and adopted by multiple large enterprises such as Vietnam National Coal – Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited (TKV), Samsung SDS, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries AeroSpace, FPT Corporation, etc.
